First post, first blog
In an age where every twit with a modem is posting their crackpot political ideas on the internet (I'm looking at YOU Markos), I figured that I might as well post my crackpot political ideas as well. I guess that it is a sort of responsibility these day to pitch your intellectual two cents out onto the digital sidewalk for someone to pick up and cast aside like the media junk food that it is.
So let me go ahead and set out my few underlying principles of my political thought process, before you try and apply post-modernist, feminist, Freudian analysis and determine that my viewpoints make me a closet homosexual or something:
-The greatest president of that these United States has ever had was, is, and always will be the late, great Theodore Roosevelt
-I am an unapologetic American Nationalist. No ifs. No ands. No buts. The American nation is by far and away the greatest experiment in democracy and the greatest beacon of hope and human dignity in the history of this Earth.
-I staunchly believe that there is no room in this country for "hyphenated Americans." You are not an African American, and Asian American, a Hispanic, or a Caucasian. You are an American, regardless of any foolish notion you have of being superior or even different based on your pigment levels or cranio-facial structure. You are an American and should be damned proud of it.
-Going hand in hand with this belief, I hold every individual accountable to his own actions. A man may try and blame or credit his race, economic background, social status, or any number of outside factors for his misdeeds or success. This is bull. A man is accountable for his own actions: no one else can fire your neurons for you.
-I fervently believe that it is part of America's great contract with the Almighty to persecute the forces in all of the dark places that they may inhabit. This great nation is His divine instrument of justice, and this fact has allowed America to overcome the many impossible odds she has had to face, as long as her people remember this simple fact.
